Lita’s Cilantro Mousse

 

Cilantro Mousse

2 bunches of cilantro (remove stems)
2 tbsp mayo
8 tbsp creme fraiche
½ chopped onion
1 ½ envelops knox disolved in 6 tbsp hot water
juice of 1 lemon
pepper
1 tsp knorr
1 or 2 chiles serranos

Put all ingredients in blender, pour mold, refrigerate until set, serve with crackers or corn chips
